Customer service is great. The aromas are excellent. Would like to see a second variety option in the incense. Maybe a variety sample pack for all scents. Still, unusual and somewhat lasting, great burn.

How to burn incense
STEP 1
Add a few pinches of sand or table salt to a heat-safe dish or burner, then place your incense cone on top.
STEP 2
Light the cone with an open flame and wait 10 full seconds before blowing out. Tip should glow red, and cone should be smoking. Each cone will burn for 20 minutes before self extinguishing.
Burn in a well ventilated area away from pets, plants, and children. Do not leave burning incense unattended. Wait until cool to handle or discard.

This order was intended to take to an annual Friendsgiving dinner on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The hostess lights incense and puts it inside a model log cabin with a chimney. Invariably, the incense does not stay lit. I ordered this product to resolve that issue, but not soon enough to take with me. I did light one cone in order to provide a review. It is very pleasant, and reminiscent of the incense I remember in church in my youth. After walking around the interior of my house to distribute the aroma, I extinguished the fire for fear of setting off smoke detectors.
