Refund policy

Please contact us before sending a return to ensure the item is routed to the correct return facility, otherwise, delays may occur, or a refund may not be able to be applied.

Unused candles and incense may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original packaging and in sellable condition, or a restock fee may apply.  Shipping is non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping costs, including exchanges.  Choosing a scent online can be tricky; we get it!  We offer a variety of discovery set options so you can try before you buy.
