WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU’RE EXPECTING PARTICLE

Please know we do everything we can to make sure your package arrives quickly and safely, but once it leaves our studio, we have the same tracking info that you do!

Keep an eye on your tracking number so you can make sure you’ll be home when your order is supposed to arrive, or have someone look out for it. The holidays are, unfortunately, a time when package theft is more common.

→ How long does delivery take?

Depending on the shipping method selected USPS typically takes 2-5 days, and UPS averages 2-6 days. Please note that the date shown at checkout is our best estimate but is not a guarantee. 

→ Help! My package says “delivered” but I don’t see it.

It’s not uncommon for a package to be marked as delivered by mistake and then turn up the next day, especially this time of year. If this happens, check with neighbor, your apartment office, etc. If the package has not been located within 48 hrs of being marked as delivered, you can contact us, and we will help initiate a claim. Please note we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier or stolen. Claims will be subject to the carrier’s policies and processing time. In most cases, we can offer a discounted replacement order, but we do not provide direct refunds for carrier issues or incorrect addresses. Thank you for understanding.

→ Help! My package arrived with something missing/damaged.

First, we hate that for you! Please reach out, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible. All our orders are packed by human hands so sometimes we make a mistake, but we appreciate the opportunity to fix it and make sure you have a great experience.

→ Help! I shipped my order to the wrong address.

In most cases, we can offer a discounted replacement order, but we do not provide direct refunds for incorrect addresses. If the package is returned to us, we are happy to reship or refund the order, minus the shipping cost. Thank you for understanding.

December 5-7th: Urban Craft Uprising (Pickup days)

December 12th: Last day to order for Christmas delivery

December 15th - January 7th: Particle Winter Break! We will not be shipping during this time.
