Holiday Shipping Policy


Please know we do everything we can to make sure your package arrives quickly and safely, including bribing our local carriers with treats, but once it leaves our studio we have the same tracking info that you do!

Keep an eye on your tracking number so you can make sure you’ll be home when your order is supposed to arrive or have someone look out for it. The holidays are unfortunately a time when package theft is more common.

→ How long does delivery take?

Depending on the shipping method selected USPS typically takes 2-5 days, and UPS averages 2-6 days.

→ Help! My package says “delivered” but I don’t see it.

It’s not uncommon for a package to be marked as delivered by mistake and then turn up the next day, especially this time of year. If this happens, check with neighbors and apartment offices, and if the package has not been located within 48 hrs from the delivery date you can reply to this email and we’ll help initiate a claim. Please note we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier or stolen. Claims will be subject to the carrier’s policies and processing time. In most cases, we can offer a discounted replacement order but we do not provide direct refunds for carrier issues. Thank you for understanding.

First, we hate that for you! Please reach out and we’ll do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible. All our orders are packed by human hands so sometimes we make a mistake but we appreciate the opportunity to fix it and make sure you have a great experience.
